  • On completion we will re-visit the body scan to see the change. You will leave with targeted stretches to help you stay released

  • Not at all. This is for anyone who gets in the water - whether you’re just starting out or surfing most days. If paddling leaves your shoulders tight or you’re feeling it in your hips or back, you’ll get something out of it.

  • Both can work, it just depends what you’re after. Before a surf can help you feel looser and moving well. After a surf is great for unwinding tight spots and helping your body recover. If you’re already pretty sore or tight, after is uaually the go.

  • That depends on how often you’re surfing and how your body’s feeling. Some people come in every 4-6 weeks to stay on top of things, others pop in when something starts tightening up. If you’re surfing a lot, more regular sessions can make a big difference.
