Pressure is really a matter of preference. The key is the intention of the touch in sending a safety message to the nervous system. Once this happens the body opens, heals, and aligns naturally. So the best pressure is what feels god to you!
In 60 minutes we will get to the parts of the body of most importance to you for that session. In 90 minutes we will treat the whole body for full release.
This depends on what you’re coming in for. We recommend weekly when working through an ongoing issue and monthly for maintenance.
