I combine my massage therapy training with an understanding of the mind-body connection. You will be treated as a whole person, with the aim to return balance rather than an illness to be defeated. You will feel space being created in your body, dropping you into the para-sympathetic nervous system where deep healing and re-balancing takes place.
Combining deep tissue, relaxation, and myofascial techniques, regular massage therapy can bring bring you into optimum sates of well-being.

Pressure is really a matter of preference. The key is the intention of the touch in sending a safety message to the nervous system. Once this happens the body opens, heals, and aligns naturally. So the best pressure is what feels god to you!

In 60 minutes we will get to the parts of the body of most importance to you for that session. In 90 minutes we will treat the whole body for full release.
