My Process
Each session is varied, progressive and most of all fun! We will work with where you are on the day - if you are tired and worn out, we're taking it slow and bringing energy back in - if you're energised we'll harness that and take it to where you want to go. No matter what level you are at this is a seriously effective way to create positive change in your life.

Absolutely not! I work with people of all ages and start points. I'll guide you step by step to help you progress at a pace that's comfortable yet effective.

Each session is customised and varied. It typically includes and warm up, a series of functional movement exercises, core work and a cool down. I provide guidance throughout to ensure proper form and technique.

The frequency of training depends on your goals, availability, and what other exercise you are currently doing. For most clients I recommend 2 x sessions per week to achieve consistent progress.

Yes absolutely! Nutrition is a key part of achieving your goals. I guide my clients through a wholefoods eating plan that can transform your life. From weight loss, to improved energy, to reduced stress, elimination of food cravings, the results are amazing.

Yes, I design modified programs for clients with injuries , or special health conditions. I ensure that all exercises are safe and effective based on your limitations.
